Who is the executive agent of the DOD NOTAM system?

The key idea is who is designated to oversee the DoD NOTAM system as the executive agent. Notams are notices about conditions that affect flight operations, with separate systems for civil and military use. The FAA handles civil NOTAMs and airspace, while the military system for DoD NOTAMs is managed under the Department of the Air Force, which serves as the executive agent responsible for issuing and disseminating DoD NOTAM information. The Navy and Army contribute to DoD aviation operations, but the formal leadership of the DoD NOTAM system is with the Air Force.
